As human and machine intelligence become more closely connected in organisations, we need to rethink how those organisations are designed so that the best of being human is amplified.
The purpose of Reimagine Interaction is to explore how the relationship between humans, machines and work is changing, and how we are creating organisations based on collective intelligence.
Through conversations with people working at the edge of research and practice, I want to invite listeners to consider insights into redesigning organisations, so they are better equipped to make informed choices. We are creating the future right now, and my hope is that we do it intentionally and attend to how we enable the best of being human to thrive.
Leaders and practitioners in transformation, technology, people and operations.
They are interested in the potential of AI to change organisational performance, and are on the front line of trying to work out how to integrate it without losing the hearts and minds of their people along the way.
They are curious about how other people are thinking about the same questions they are grappling with. They have read the papers and the generic commentary, and want to get into the detail and hear the unexpected insights that might sharpen their own thinking.
They are making decisions about AI now, so what they value most is hearing directly from people who are close to the work and willing to share what they are still figuring out.
What interests me is what someone has noticed and what they are still working out.
I’ve spent most of my career exploring how people, organisations and systems change. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to host conversations with people including Matthew Syed on cognitive diversity, Mario Moussa on workplace culture, and Dr Elin Haf Davies on building innovation inside complex systems.
One of my most memorable conversations was with the late Daniel Kahneman. I’ve also interviewed senior leaders, entrepreneurs and experts across conferences, webinars and corporate platforms.
What I listen for is what has changed someone’s mind, what they are questioning, and what they have not resolved yet.
That’s the spirit I hope to bring to Reimagine Interaction.

Over the past twenty-five years, I’ve worked across communications, engagement and large-scale transformation. A consistent theme throughout has been trying to understand what drives human behaviour, both individually and collectively.
As AI has accelerated into our lives, I’ve been focused on the question of how we can use AI to become better humans with each other.
That question has taken me to rethink how organisations are designed when human and machine intelligence work together. Reimagine Interaction is a live reflection lab for exploring that shift at the edge of research, practice and innovation.
Through these conversations, I hope listeners feel inspired to become more thoughtful and intentional about the organisations they are creating.
